Parabole Bowl II is formed through the balance of two identical elements brought into a single composition. Neither dominates the other; meaning emerges from their relationship. A narrow gap marks their meeting point, allowing tension and connection to exist at the same time.
Through their arrangement, the bowl shifts between a shallow or deeper form, depending on how the two volumes are positioned. This variability is integral to the object, emphasizing balance as an active condition rather than a fixed state.
Carved from stone, the object reveals its character through the interplay of solid mass and internal void. Material is removed to create space, allowing absence to become as present as form. The bowl exists in this equilibrium — between two parts, between fullness and emptiness.
