At The Orb, many of the objects we offer are large, fragile, made to order, or shipped internationally. For this reason, shipping costs are calculated after an order is placed to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
Shipping Quotes & Approval
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated shipping quote based on the destination, size, weight, and handling requirements of your item.
You will be asked to approve the shipping quote before shipment.
• If the shipping quote is approved, we will proceed with arranging shipment.
• If the shipping quote is not approved, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased.
Timeframe for Approval
Shipping quotes must be approved within 5 business days of being sent.
If we do not receive approval within this timeframe, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled at our discretion. In the event of cancellation due to non-approval, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs & Fees
Shipping costs are charged separately from the product price and are non-refundable once shipment has been approved and arranged.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping quote unless explicitly stated.
Delivery & Responsibility
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim.
